Farid Firouzbakht is senior vice president and president of the Outdoor Wireless Networks business at CommScope. He’s responsible for overall vision and strategy of the macro and metro cell solutions—including base station antennas, RF filters, tower connectivity, microwave antennas, metro cell and cabinets/steel, accessories, Power solutions, as well as Comsearch spectrum management products and services.
Previously Mr. Firouzbakht was senior vice president and general manager of RF products for CommScope Mobility Solutions, where he was responsible for a comprehensive portfolio of wireless network solutions.
Mr. Firouzbakht holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
