This course is designed to prepare Ruckus US sales personnel to have a higher level of understanding of CBRS / OnGo and OpenG while being more prepared on how to position it, pitch the solution, and address customer questions and potential objections. Topics also include use cases and deployment examples to guide the sales personnel in effective discussions.

To receive credit for this curriculum, the student must complete all modules and pass the accreditation exam with the required passing score.

Course Objectives: 

Upon successful completion of this course, the sales personnel should be able to:

• Comfortably pitch the OpenG solution
• Identify where opportunities lie and which doors to open
• Opening doors by Targeting C level staff in new and existing accounts
• Determine use cases and convey applications and examples that resonate with the customer
• Describe Ruckus OpenG solutions and product offerings
• How to address customer questions and overcome potential objections
